Yogi Bhajan has taught thousands of kriyas over the years. Each kriya works on a certain aspect of a person. Some focus on the circulatory system, some on the electromagnetic field, some on the glandular system, some are for cleansing etc. To learn more about the the kriyas logon to www.yogawest.ca.
