Yoga for Anxiety & Depression
Two separate and sometimes debilitating conditions, they can affect how well we function, feel & relate on a daily basis. You can learn yoga postures, breathing and meditation that will support you on your journey through the difficulties of dealing with anxiety or depression. This workshop will offer you an alternative or additional support to your path in coping with and overcoming feelings of anxiety, sadness, lethargy, hopelessness, overwhelmed, over stimulated, low self-esteem and more. Give yourself the opportunity to take charge of your life with easy to learn tools that you can use everyday.

Yoga for the Chakras
Have you ever wondered where the saying, "I feel it in my gut, " "My heart tells me I should...." "The answer just came to me..." and others came from? We have seven major chakras (energy vortexes) that influence the way we think, how we act, the habits we have and all parts of our lives. We can learn how these chakras work and how to work with them so that we can live a more conscious and a happier life! Do you want to know how to change unwanted habits, to release pent up fears and blockages, possibly heal old chronic wounds and hurts. Learning about the chakras, with this lecture, yoga and meditation series can help you take charge of your life in ways you may not thought possible.

Advancing Asana
This 75-minute class focuses on improving your alignment, developing deeper understanding of the function and benefit of a series of asana's or postures. Students who have had been practising yoga for 6 months or more will benefit most from these classes.
Time: 7:30 - 8:45pm
Day: Thursday
Cost: $12 per class

Meditation
Whether you want to learn to meditate or have a regular meditation practice this class will inspire you. Mantra, mudra, visualization, setting intention, bringing peace of mind and in your life. Each class includes up to three techniques that can help you develop deeper self awareness, accent your current practise or begin to bring meditation into your life.
Time: 9:30 - 10:30am
Day: Saturday (once a month)
